Working Principle
ZSF series dissolved air floatation sewage treatment machine is of steel structure. Its working principle is: the air is pumped into the pressure dissolved air tank and forcibly dissolved in water under the pressure of 0.m5pa. In the process of slow rise, the suspended solids are adsorbed to reduce the density of suspended solids and float upward, The purpose of removing SS and CODcr is achieved. The product is suitable for sewage treatment of petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking, leather, printing and dyeing, food, starch and so on.
Application
1. The total content of heavy metal ions such as zinc, copper and lead in waste electroplating water is less than 50ppm, and the removal rate can be more than 70%.
2. The chroma removal rate of printing waste dyeing water is about 90%, COD removal rate is about 60-7%, BOD removal rate is about 50%.
3. The COD removal rate of slaughtering and tanning wastewater is about 70%, and the suspended solids removal rate is about 90%.
4. The oil and grease of waste oil and water can be reduced to less than 10mg / L, and the wastewater can reach the degree of clarification.
5. For industrial and chemical wastewater, pigment and paint, the COD removal rate is 74%, and the chroma removal rate is about 93%.
6. The fiber recovery rate of white paper making water can reach about 95%, the COD removal rate is about 867%, and the clean water can be completely reused.
7. The turbidity of the bath water in the large bathing pool can be stabilized below 10 degrees, and the bacteria in the water can be greatly reduced.
8. The turbidity of raw drinking water and industrial water can be purified below 5 degrees. At the same time, it has a good effect on reducing chroma oxygen consumption.
