Working Principle

The stacked screw sludge dehydrator integrates the full-automatic control cabinet, flocculation conditioning tank, sludge thickening and dewatering body and liquid collecting tank. It can realize efficient flocculation under the condition of full-automatic operation, continuously complete sludge thickening and pressing dehydration, and finally return or discharge the collected filtrate.
During the operation of the equipment, after entering the filter cartridge from the feed port, the sludge is pushed to the discharge port by the spiral shaft rotating plate. Due to the gradual reduction of the pitch between the spiral shaft rotating plates, the pressure on the sludge also increases, and begins to dehydrate under the action of differential pressure, and the water flows out from the filtration gap between the fixed plate and the movable plate, At the same time, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed plate and the movable plate to clean the filter gap to prevent blockage. After sufficient dehydration, the mud cake is discharged from the discharge port under the propulsion of the screw shaft.
