Working Principle
Adjust the slurry concentration to 8% -10%. Entering the inlet of the double helix Cylinder Press, the pulp has a squeezing effect inside the Cylinder Press, causing the water or black liquor in the pulp to be squeezed out, achieving the purpose of concentration or black liquor extraction. At the same time, due to the squeezing of the slurry, it also produces a certain degree of fibrosis. The double screw helix Cylinder Press adopts a synchronous reverse double screw rod variable pitch rotation structure, effectively eliminating the phenomenon of pulp slipping and causing the pulp to undergo periodic flipping in the cavity, resulting in periodic squeezing and diffusion of black liquid between fibers and fiber cells. The washing quality is good, the pulp concentration is high, and the fiber loss is small.
