The installation of belt filter press is a work needing attention. If it is not installed well, there will be danger. Therefore, the belt filter press must be installed before use. After installation, some reasonable operation is needed.
Installation steps of belt filter press:
1. Select a suitable plot and build the foundation with concrete. The belt filter press has strict requirements for the foundation. The thickness and flatness of the foundation concrete should meet the requirements. At the same time, the four installation supports of the belt filter press should be on the same plane
2. Put the shockproof rubber block under the four supports of the belt filter press, and then fix the support on the ground with explosive nails.
3. Arrange the power supply and ground wire of the belt filter press, and then connect them orderly.
4. Align all interfaces, feed inlet and outlet, and drainage channel of belt filter press according to specifications.
Operation procedure of belt filter press:
1. Carefully clean the sundries in the belt filter press, and clean the inside of the belt filter press with clean water.
2. Check whether the power supply of the belt filter press is connected and whether the wire is in good condition to prevent leakage and other accidents.
3. Press the start button to start the belt filter press and check whether there is any abnormality in the rotating parts of the belt filter press, so as to prepare for sludge treatment.
4. After putting the sludge on, the belt filter press works for about 5 minutes to observe the humidity of the sludge at the soil, and check whether there is water flowing out of the water pipe.
5. If there is a problem, stop the belt filter immediately, press the red stop button, and check if there is any problem.
