Today’s shipment is a microfilter equipment exported to the United States。
Microfilter, also known as a rotary drum grille, is a purification device that uses a 80-200 mesh/square inch microporous screen fixed on a rotary drum type filtration equipment to intercept solid particles in wastewater and achieve solid-liquid separation.
Microfilter is a mechanical filtration device consisting of main components such as a transmission device, overflow weir water distributor, and flushing water device. The filter screen is made of stainless steel wire mesh. Its working principle is to enter the overflow weir distributor with treated water from the water pipe outlet, and after a brief stable flow, it evenly overflows from the outlet and is distributed on the filter network inside the filter cylinder that rotates in the opposite direction. The water flow and the inner wall of the filter cylinder generate relative shear motion, with high water passing efficiency. The solid material is intercepted and separated, and flows and rolls along the spiral guide plate inside the cylinder, and is discharged from the other end of the filter cylinder. The wastewater filtered out from the filter is guided by the protective covers on both sides of the filter cartridge and flows away from the outlet tank directly below. The machine is equipped with a flushing water pipe outside the filter cartridge, using pressure water (3Kg/m ²) Spray in a fan-shaped or needle shaped manner to flush and unblock the filter screen (which can be circulated and flushed with filtered wastewater), ensuring that the filter screen always maintains good filtration capacity.
