Microfilter Product overview:
Micro-filter, also known as fiber recovery machine, is a mechanical filtering device, which is suitable for separating the tiny suspended substances (such as pulp fiber, etc.) in the liquid to the maximum extent to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid two-phase separation. The difference between microfiltration and other methods is that the gap of the filter medium is very small. With the help of the centrifugal force of the screen rotation, the microfiltration has a high flow rate under a low water resistance and can intercept suspended solids. It is one of the best practical technologies for papermaking wastewater treatment. It is widely used in various occasions of solid-liquid separation, such as the filtration of municipal domestic sewage, pulping, papermaking, textile, chemical fiber, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, slaughtering sewage, etc., especially for the treatment of white water in papermaking, to achieve closed recycling and reuse.
Microfilter Product structure:
The micro-filter is mainly composed of transmission device, overflow weir water distributor, flushing water device and other parts. The framework, filter screen and protective screen and other parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel, and the rest are made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
Microfilter working principle:
The waste water enters the overflow weir water distributor through the water pipe orifice, and after a short steady flow, it evenly overflows from the water outlet and is distributed to the reverse rotating filter cartridge screen. The water flow and the inner wall of the filter cartridge produce a relative shear movement, and the material is intercepted and separated, and rolls along the spiral guide plate. The filtered water discharged from the filter screen at the other end of the filter cartridge flows from below under the guidance of the protective cover on both sides of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge of the machine is equipped with a washing water pipe, which is flushed and dredged with high-pressure water in a fan-shaped jet to ensure that the filter screen always maintains good filtering capacity.
