Dissolved Air floatation machine is mainly used for solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation. A large number of tiny bubbles are generated in the water through the gas dissolving and releasing system, making them adhere to the solid or liquid particles whose density is close to that of water in the wastewater, resulting in a state where the overall density is less than that of water, and relying on buoyancy to make them rise to the water surface, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation.

Working Principle:
the dissolved gas tank produces dissolved gas water, which is released into the water to be treated by depressurization through the releaser. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water to form 20-40um micro bubbles. The micro bubbles combine with the suspended solids in the sewage to make the specific gravity of the suspended solids less than water, and gradually float to the water surface to form scum. There is a scraper system on the water surface to scrape the scum into the sludge tank. Clear water enters the clean water tank from the bottom through the overflow tank.
