Characteristic
This machine is designed for single-layer layout and is suitable for producing high-end toilet paper from wood pulp, wheat straw pulp, reed pulp, sugarcane bagasse pulp, recycled paper pulp, and other materials. The width of the clean paper is 2850mm, the design speed is 600m/min, and the daily production can reach 30 tons. It is a new substitute product for ordinary traditional circular mesh paper machines.
Advantages
The crescent shaped high-speed toilet paper machine has the following advantages:
1、 Adopting a hydraulic flow box with two layers of internal floating sheets to better prevent fiber agglomeration and facilitate fiber forming, thereby improving product quality;
2、 The forming machine does not require the use of vacuum, reducing power consumption. And it allows for a lower concentration of pulp in the flow box, resulting in better paper uniformity;
3、 The forming machine is equipped with a specially designed water collection tray to prevent splashing of white water;
4、 The transfer of paper from the forming machine to the pressing section is achieved through a single blanket, thus avoiding paper diseases caused by vacuum suction transfer of paper;
5、 The forming roller adopts an adjustable device that can adjust the optimal contact point during equipment operation, which is convenient and fast. After adjustment, it can be locked;
